Volunteering / DIBS

IGHHA and SSPYHA relies on the support of our families to provide a quality hockey experience for all players. Volunteer participation helps make tournaments, concessions, fundraising events, player development opportunities, and association activities possible.

Volunteer opportunities are managed through your Crossbar account in your home association. Families can view available opportunities, claim shifts, and track completed volunteer credits.

1 Credit = Approximately 1 Volunteer Hour

Some volunteer opportunities may be assigned additional credits based on responsibility level or event needs.

1. Log in to your home association's Crossbar account.
2. Click here for IGHHA
3. Click here for SSPYHA
4. Navigate to My Account.
5. Select Volunteer.
6. Review available opportunities and shift details.
7. Claim the volunteer opportunity you wish to complete.
8. Monitor your completed and remaining credits throughout the season.

Important: Use the same Crossbar account associated with your player's registration to ensure volunteer credits are properly applied to your family account.
